These terms govern access to ProbaxIA. By using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal and responsible purposes.
Nature of the service
ProbaxIA presents sports data, statistical calculations, automated models and probabilities. It does not guarantee outcomes or profits, does not provide financial or investment advice and does not accept wagers.
Artificial intelligence and models
The expression “AI predictions” describes an automated system combining data, quality rules, calibration and historical learning. A probability, fair price or edge may be wrong and must never be treated as certainty.
Access and security
Public mode provides general information. Reader and administrator tokens are private credentials and must not be shared, published or embedded in public pages.
Availability and accuracy
Data may be delayed, incomplete or affected by provider errors. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, API limits, connectivity problems or external causes.
Permitted use
Attempts to bypass security, scrape data abusively, evade limits, alter the service or reuse third-party content without permission are prohibited.
Changes
The operator may update these terms and will publish the date of the current version.
